Our Vision
Mandate Training’s vision is to improve communication between diverse employees in South African organisations and their clients.
Mission Statement
Mandate Training’s mission is to empower delegates with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to communicate more collaboratively and professionally, for better personal and business relationships by:
- Promoting the use of plain, concise and clear language in all business correspondence
- Enhancing emotional intelligence to enable people to build relationships that are based on respect and understanding
- Training delegates to communicate according to the relevant unit standards
- Catering for the diverse and changing needs of the delegates and their organisation
- Developing and customising programmes so that they are applicable and relevant to a specific organisation
- Assessing delegates’ skills before, during and after the programme to monitor and evaluate their progress and competency
- Offering one-on-one coaching to help individual’s reach his/her full potential
